BE I T RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Rieh-
field as follows:
A. mat pursuant to the recommendations of the Villagd Engineer,

that such streets shall be perpeiaxally maintained by the Village and
that Gast Fallden and Son•. ", Inc., Developer, be released from the farms
of Contract No. ~6.
B. That the Suxety Bond issued by St. Paul Mercury Indemnity Co.
dated May 16, ~952~ be released and returned to Gust Fallden and Sony
Ine., Developer. 4
