A RESOLUTION ACCEP TtN G S ~REE75 UNDER CCN FACT N0. 138 AND
RELEASING DEVELOPER UNDER SAID CC~T TRACT
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLA CB COUNCIL of the Village of Richfield
as follows:
A. That pursuant to the recommendations of the-~igineer that the
stsaets in Carrollrs and Fowlers s Addition be accepted for the Village anal
that such streets shall be perpetually maintained by the Village acid that
Carroll Construction Company, Developer, be released from the terms of Con-
tract No. 138.
B. mat Surety Bond issued by Carroll Construction Company, dated
May 2b, 1952, be released and 'returned to the developer. .
