W~iEREAS the Village Clerk and Village Engineer have this day pre-
sented aproposed assessment roll for special assessments on 1951 Street
Improvemen-~.
NOW THEftg'ORE BE IT RESOLVED by the village Council of the Village
of Richfield as follows:
1. That this Council orders that the said proposed assessment roll for
special assessments on 1951 Street Improvements be placed on file in the
Office of the Village Clerk, that it be giv®n Clerk s File No. 190 for Black-
topping, and Clerk's File No. 191 for Oiling, and that it be kept open to
public inspection.
2. That a publ.3.c hearing by this Council be held in the Village Hall
in this Village on September 8, 1952, at 8:Q0 0' clock ~.M., to pass upon
the proposed assessments.
3. That the Village Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to pub-
lish nota:ce of such hearing as required by law.
