-- BE I T RESOLVED by the Village Cotuzcil of the Village of Rich-
field as follows s
A. mat pursuant to the recommendations of the Village Engineer
that the strsets in Penn Lake Terrace ?nd Addition be accepted for the
Village and that such streets sha71 be perpetually maintained by the
Village and that Irving Fine, developer, be. released from the terms of
Contract No. 1!l.0.
B. That Surety Bond No. 103, 202 3~esued- by Peerless Casualty Com-
pany~ dated uay 29, 1952, ~ be released and: returned to Irroing Fine,
developer. .
Passed by the Village Council the 4th day of Aug~xst, 1952.
