RESOLUTION RELATING Ta VILLAGE STREET TMPROVE~$ENT FROJECT
No. ].~l~; ORDERING THE II~ROVEMENT AND DIRECTING THE PRE-
PARATTON OP PLANS AND 5PECIFTCATIONS.
WHEREAS, this Council has h®retofore ordered the preparation of
of preliminary plans for Village Street Improvement Project No. 1~1t, and
WHEREAS, such plans have been prepared by the Village Engineer
and were available fot~ the public hearing held on July 8, 1952, and
Wf~iEEREAS, due advertisement of a hearing on said pro3ect has
been caused to be made by the Village C1erk~ and
WHEREAS, a hearing on said improvement on being duly held on
July 28, 1952 in accordance with said advertisement.
NOW THEREFORE BE TT RESOLVED, by the Village Council of the
Village of Richfield as follows a
1. That the preliminary plan for Village Pro3ect ].l~, here-
tofore prepared by the Village Engineer is hereby approved. _
2. That the calling of a publ3.c hearing on said improvement and
the. acts of advertising said hearing 3n the official n®wspaper of the
Village are hereby ratified, adopted and confirmed.
3. That it is hereby determined to b® advisable necessary and
expedient to the public health, conveni+~nce and gen®ral welfare to mak®
said improvements and said improvement is hereby ordered to be made.
!~. That the Village Engineer is hereby authorized and directed
to prepare final plans and specifications and cost estimates for such
i~iprovement and to Aresent them to this council for approval at hie earliest
convenience.
