Whereas, th® Village Engineer, pux~suaxrt tcj previous resolption of
this council passed the-30th= day of June, 1952, bas prepared plans and
specifications and cost estimates on Village Project No, 128 and has filed
the same with this Council and this Council has examined and considered
said plans and sp®cificati.ons and cost estima-tss. -
NOI~ THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village
-- of Richfield as follows:
1. That the plans--and specifieat3.ons and cost estimates an Part II--Oil
Streets (fix®d to a 39epth of Sao Tnches), Village Prod®ct No. 1Q8, as pre-
pared. by the Village E3igineer errs hereby approved and accepted by this Council
and ordered placed on file in the ~'fice of the Village Clerk; and the same
are the official plans and specifications for said improvements in accord-
ance with which said improvements shall be made, subject to such changes as
this Council -shall from time to time deers necessary and advisable,
2. 1~at this Council x.7.1 meet on the 28th of July, 1952 at 8:30 P.&~.
o~clock at the Village Hall in this village for the purpose of receiving
and considering bids for the construction of said improvements i.n accordance
with said plans and speei.fioations.
3. That all bids shall be filed with the Village Clerk not later than
8 :00 P.~4. o ~ clock on said day, and that said bids will be open®d and con-
sidered at 8s30 P.M, o'clock on said day.
~.. Tha.t the Village Clerk is hereby authorized and directed . to adver-
tise for bids on said improvements in the official newspaper and in the
Construction Bn13.etS.n as required by law.
