Cownty is a meeting at Robbinsdale, P~9.nnes~.~ established a.publie.:healtla nursing dis- tsict pursuant to sect3.ons 1115.08 and 1165.12, Laws of 19l~9 as agaended, and proceeded to' elect a Committee asprovided for in this act to administer the affairs of suoh ?J~istrl.ct. - - "N(JW, TF~f~E BT IT R~'SOZVE® by the. Village Conned of the Village of Richfield that said Village be included_in.the.publ3..c h®alth nursing dietriet of rural Hennepin Comst~* as. organized on January !ti, 1952s and that it hereby agrees. .to contribute an .apportionment of the cost and exper,~es incident to th,e carrying out of the purposes of said nursing district as authorized by Section 1~5.t~, l~.nnesota Statutes, equal tp its pro rata share::thereof,...based upon the popu- lation of each of the respeet3.ve politics]..-subdivisions included within said nursing district as detet~a3ned. by the. last Federal cen- aua, provided that such appari~.onment sha71-not. exceed in auy one year thirl~+..seven cents per capita, and provided farther that he~msder mtitil tsn or more of the participa+t3ag politics]. sub- divisions shall have sigiied an agreement in writing, authorized by their respective governing bodies, providing for the formation of said nursing .district, which agreerr~nt shall make provision for the apportionment of the cost and expenses of the said district on the basis of the population of each participating subdivision ac~ord- ing to the last Federal Census.
