- BE IT RESt3LVED by the Village Council of the Village of Richfield
as follows
1, That it is hereby determ3aed to be necessary and expedient tQ the pub-
lic convenience and general welfare that the. follot~irag improvements be undertaken s
--Grading, dra~.nage and establishment. of attests and alleys in
the following areas-
From the- east side of ~rndale Avenue South to the west
side of the-I~nnesota, NNorthfield & Southern Railwag -
Compar~!s right-of-wags frmn the eant~r lin®~ of West 69~
Street to the south side of West 68th Street.

prepare prelininaxy plans -and estimates of cost for .such-. improvements, and that-
such plans and cost estimates bs sub~ltted to this Council by the Village ~.gi-
neer at hie earliest conveni~ce.
