BE IT RE50LVED by 'the Villa gre Council of the V311age of
Richfield as follows s
1. That petitions for re-zoning shall be accompanied by a
plat or sketch sho~sg the property involved in the pet3tlon and
all property cai.thia 300 feet thereof.
2. That such plat or sketch .shall be dram to accurate scale
and shall show the names of the owners of all pxnperty within 300
feet of the property to be re-zoned.
3. That the pet3taoner for r®-zoning or for a special use pered.t
shall hereafter b® required tt> deposit the sum of ~15.Cfl. to pay the
expose of publication of notice of hearing on said petit3.on, before
aay actLon is taken oa such pet3tLoa.
