That pursuant to such determinations the one councilman tp be designated by the Ma~r~ is hereby authorized and directed to enter.3.nto such consultations as soon as possible; that said person. shall keep an accurate ac- count of his traveling expenses in connect3.on ther®i~i; and that he be re- irabursad by this Village for such travel expenses necessarily incurred in an aa-ount not to exceed ~15C.C0.
