BE IT RFSfALVED by the Village Council of the Village of Richfield,
N~3.nnesota~ as follows
1. That the proposed contract betr~een the V3.ll.age of Richfield and
G.M, Orr Ea~.gineerang Company, a oo-part~.ership consistong of G, M. err and
F. E, Schelen, providing for the eng3nee'ring services to the Village •of •
Richfield is planning and constructing of a sanitary sewer system for the
village, such system to be connected with the Minneapolis Sanitary Sewer
Systems be given Number 130, and plaeed on file.
2. That it is determined to be necessary and expedient to the public
healthy convenience and general welfare that such contract be entered into
by the Village of Richfield.
• 3. That said contract is hereby approved and accepted by the Village
Council of the Village of R3.chfield~ and that the P~ayor and Acting Banager
are hereby authorized and directed to execute said contract by and on be-
half of the Vil.]~ge of Richfield, and fhe Village Clerk is authorized and
directed to-affix the Village Seal therec~o.
Tru~atee Walters seconded the motion, and upon roll call, all ~~-
bers of the Council voted in favor thereof, whereupon said motion pas
declared caxried„
