BE IT RESOLVE33 by the Village Council of the Village of Richfield as
follows:
1. That a special Village eleQti.on ba held in tla3.s Village on Monday
Jame 9, 19521 bet~ieen the hours of 7 a00 ~.~. and 8 s0O P.M.
2. ghat sa3.d electioon shall be held at the regular polling places for
village elections; and the following are hereby appointed fudges and el®rks for

posting in at least three public and conspicuous places in the Village at least
ten days prior is said election; and shall. Est a copy of this resolution in at
least three public and conspicuous places 3n the Village at least 3o days prior to
said election,
6. That the said eleetiort shall be held and conducted in accordance with the
statutes of the State of M3stnesota appl3ca1o1.e to special village el®ct,3.ons; that the
officers and employees of the village are herby authorized and directed to per-
form any and all a cts necessary to the proper conduct of said election; and that
the Council shall meet as required by law for the purpose of canvassing said
el®ct3.aa- and daclar3.ng the results, thereof. a _
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded by
Trustee Shields and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor
thereof: Kellett Ieersont Lindeb$rgt Shields and,Walterst and the following
voted against the resolution: None.
