That the Village Coumci3. has,. with the assistance of the engineers, . heretofore selected by this council for such purpose, calculated the proper amounts to be specially affixed for the construction of Street I~rovement 3~3.strict 1.,@~ of thi.a Village against every assessable lot, piece or parcel of land in accord ance with law and the proposed assessment Iu~own as a revised assessment roll for Street Improvement D3.strict 1-A was filed with the Village. Clerk more than thirtq days prior to the assessment hearing and was open to public inspection at all braes daring such pari®d, 2. That notice has been duly prepared and a publi.e hearing heretofore duly held as required by law. ~, That an opportunity has been given to all interested persons to pr®sent th®ir objections, if any, to such proposed assessment as revl.sed, or to any item thereof, at said publoi.c hearing. 1~. That the Village Council has found and determined. and herebj declares - iece or parcel of land abutting on the streets that lot d h h , p an every at eac t w®re improved bg reason of the constsucti.on of Si~eet 7anprovement No. 1-.~, has b®en and is specially benefited in the amount set .opposite each .such lot, piece or parcel of land-in the proposed revised assessment ro11. 5s That the proposed revised assessment is affirmed, adopted and confirmed and the sums fixed and named in said proposed revised assessment for each of said lots, pieces or parcels of land respectively and said amount so set out is hsreblr levied against each of the respective lots, Pieces or parcels of land therein descry-bed. d. Said assessment so affirmedi, adopted and confirmed shall be certified tp by the Village clerk and shall be filed 3n his office and shall thereupon be and constitute the special assessment for Street Improvement H©. 1-A. ?. That the amounts assessed against each lot,. piecse or parcel of land shall bear interest from the clafe hereof ma.til the same have been paid at the rate of five percent (5~) per annux. 8, That such assessments shall be payable in tweni~r (2C) aqua]. annual install- meets.
