County, Minnesota, has received from the County Auditor of Hennepin Comity,
M3r:nesota., a list of lands in said village ~ioh became the property of tie
State of Minnesota tinder the provisions of law declaring the forfeiture of ].ands
to the State for non payaent of tasxes, which-said list has been designated as

classifi®d by fhe Board of County Commissioners of Hennepin Gounty, Minnesota,

to Minnesota Statutes for 19l~5, Section 282.01, that the said classification by
