That Section 3 of Ordinance Nor 2.08 of the Village of Richfield entitled: ~~A.n Ordinance Regulating the Moving of Buildings and structures into or with- in the Vila. ge of Richfield, Requiring Permits Therefor, and Providing ,Penal- ties for Viola.tior~a T;hereof~~ passed the 12tI1 day of ~,pril, 1954 is hereby amended to read as follows: "Section 3.. Whether or not a permit is required no building or structure sha 1~ be moved to a location within this Village unless it will conform to the buildings plumbing, heating, electrical and other construction regula- tions of this Vil]a.ge relating to new structuresN If constructions altera- tion or repair work on such building or structure will be necessary to make it conform to such regulations ~ permits for such irk shal]~ be obtained before such building or structure is moved into this villages which shall make provision for the doing of such work within 90 days after such build- ing or structure is located inthis village. Failure to make such building or structure conform to such construction regula.~ons within such 90 day period shall. constitute a violation of this ordinance, and each day that such violation is continued after such 90 day period shall constitute a separate offense,. No such building or structure shall. be moved to a location within this Village unless it will conform to the zoning regulations of this Village and will be a building or structure of the same general character and ap- pearance asother buildings or structures in the viciniiy'..
