The Village Council af•the Village of Richfield do ordain as follows:-
That Ordinance No. 2:03~of the Village of Richfield eatit7,ed "An Ordinance for the
purpose of Promoting Health, Safety,~Order, convenience, Prosperity and General ~de].fare
by Regulating the Use of Buildings, the Arrangement of Buildings on Lots,~and the Dente
sity of Population in the ,Village of Richfield,. Hennepin County, Minnesota" as passed
by the Village Council on~the 25th day of October, 1951~.,~~ and is hereby amended in
the following respects:
(l) 'T'hat the following be added to Section 5, Subsection 2, thereof:
That part of the south one-half of Section 28~:Township 28, Range 24 lying north of
66th Street, between Graham Avenue extended and a line running parallel with the
-easterly line of said Section, distant 117.0 feet westerly of said easterly line.
The south 5 acres of the north 10 acres of the northwest quarter of the southw®st
quarter • of. Section 31~, •Township 28, Range 21t and the north 4 feet of that part of
said northwest quarter lying immediately south of said 5 acre tract.
