The Village Council of the Village of Richfield do ordain as follows.: That Section ~.~ subsection b of Ordinance No. 2.03 entitled. "An Ordinance for the Purpose of Promoting Health, Safety, Order, Convenience, prosperity, and General Welfare by Regulating the Location, Size, Use and Eight of Buildings, the Arrangement of Buildings and Lots, and the IDensity of ]Population within the ~Viilage of Richfield, Hennepin County, Minnesota" passed the ]5th day of July, 19l~1., as subsequently amended, be amended to read as follows:: . "B. Home occupations, which shall include any use customarily conducted entirely within a dwelling and carried on by the inhabitants thereof, which use is clearly incidental and secondary to the use of the dwelling for dwelling purposes and does not change the character thereof.
