The Village Council of the Village, of R~.chfield do ordain as follows: That Article IV, Ordinance No. 2.05 of the Village of R3.chfield, entitled: ~~An O.rdinance Rsgulat3.ng the Use of Public ax~l. Private Sewers and Drains, Private Sewage Disposal, the Installation and Connection of Building Sewers, and the Discharge of Waters and Wastes into the Pub1~.c Sewer System, and Providing Penalties for Violations Thereof, in the Village of R~.chfield,, County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota~~, passed the 25th day of January, 1954, as subsequently amended is hereby amended ~ adding to said Article IV the following section immediately following Section 414, to-wits ~~415.
