The Village Building Inspector is hereby authorised to issue permits for the ins tallat3.on of cesspools, without septic tanks, ~ serve buildings or stru.c;tures which are located on properly ad~aeent ~ .a street in which V311age sanitary sewers are tp be constructed pursuant to a contract theretofore award®d by the Village Counc.~.l. 2. Any such temporary cesspool. permit may be issued when in the opinion of the Building Inspector it can be issued t~Lthout danger to ~e inhabitants or occupants of such building or structure or to neighimring persons or property. The construction and installation of such temporary cesspools shallbe in accordance with roes and regulati.ans prepared by the D:i.rector of Public Works. Such permits hhall be issued enly to persons licensed to do plumbing work in the Village of &~.chfield and shall be conditirn ed upon the payment of the permit fees provided by the ordinances of this v3.11age. 3. Such temporary cesspools shall not be used for a Eger period of time than. one mon ~ after sanitary sewers become available for use in the adjacent street, Within said one month period, if climatic conditions permit, the sewer facilities of the building or structure served by such temporary eesspaol shall be connected with the Vi1la.ge sanitary sewer system in accordance with the ordinances of this Village. Each day that the owner or occupant of such building or structure shall fail 'to do so after said onemonth period, sha11 const3.tute a separate violation of this ordinance. !~. At the t3.me application is made for such temporary cesspool permit, application shalt also be made for permd.t to connect the sanitary faci.l.ites on such property with the Village sanitary sewer system. Such application shallb3 deemed to be an agreement on the part of the applicant to connect ss,c~h sanitary facilities with the Village. sanitary sewer system as hereinbefore provided, and failure to construct such connection to the Village system shall be grounds for revocation of the license of the persons, firm, or corporation making such application. 5. If such connecti.~~ to the Village sewer system is not made if climatic conditions permit the Village, by order of the Village Council, may provide for the connection of such sanitary facilities with the Village sanitary sewer system and assess the cost of such work against the affected property as a special assessment, but such connection by the Village shall not be in Lieu of ivy oY the penalties provided by this ordinance. 6.
