The Village Council of the Village of Richfield do ordain as follows:

.That Section 3, Subsection 3, Paragraph 1 of the above mentioned Ordinance No. 2.03
of the Village of Richfield, as subsequently amended, is hereby amended to read as
Follows
++(1) PEST AVENUE from 62nd Street to a point 130 feet south of -the center Tine .of
68th Street, except that area East of lots 6, 7, 8, 9, .and 10. Block Six Fairwood
Park Addition and East of the center line of Perm. Avenue bethrean 67th Street and a
;point 130 feet south of the- center line of said 68th Street; also that area from
62nd Street to 66th Street extending from Penn Avenue to the center line of Queen
Avenue; also one full block East sn.d Westof Penn Avenue from the center line of 71~th
S tree t and Penn Avenue to 78th Street. !'
That S®ction 3, Subsection 3 of the abovementioned Ordinance is hereby further
amended by adding the: following Paragraph following Paragraph II thereof:

"(12) The East one-half of that block which is bounded by 66th Street, Pleasant
Avenue, 65th Street, and Grand Avenue.'i
