The Village Counc3.1 of the Village of Richfield do ordain as Bows: SECTION 1. Where an ordinance of this village provides for the issuance~of either a license or a permit for a stated period whicsh such license or permit expiring on a stated date and such ordinance also provides for the payment if a license or permit fee, Idle full fee shall be paid for issuance of the license or perms. t notwithsatnding the fact that application therefor is made after the license or permit has commenced.
