The Village Council of the Village of Richfield do ordain as follows
That Paragraph 5 of Sub-section F of Section 12 of Ordinance No. 2.03
en,t3.tled! "An Ordinance for the Purpose of Yromotang Health, safety, ~ccler,
Convenience, Prosperity, and General Welfare by Regilating the Locat3.on, size,
Use and Height of Buildings, the Arrangement of Bui.ldings and Lots and the
Density of Population Witizin. the Village of Richfield, ~nnepin County',, N~innQ-
sota" as subsequently amended, is hereby amended to read as followss
n5. No accesory building shall be within five feet of the side 7.ine of
the front half of any ad3acent lot, nor within two feet of an alltsy~ nor
within fi~ao feet of a rear lot line, where no alley exists, nor wathi.n
