"AN ~tDINANCE FOR THB PURPOSE OP PROI~TING HEALTH, SAFBTY, ORDBR, CONVENIBNCE, PROSPERITY AND GENERAL WELFARE BY REGULATING THE USB OP LAND, THE LOC.~~TION AND USB OF BUILDINGS, THE ,~RRANGEMBNT OF BUILDINGS ON LOTS, AND THE DENSITY OF POP- ULATION TN THE VILLAGE OF RTCHPIELD, HENNEPIN COUNTY, MTNNESOrA~"'AS PASSED BY THE VILL~IGE COUNCIL THB 25~ DAY OP OCTOBER,. 1954, AS SUBSEQUENTLY Ie1~INENDED?. The Village Council. of the Village of Richfield do ordain as follows.: That Ordinance No, 2.03 of the Village of~Richfield entitled '''An Ordinance for the Purpose of Promoting Health, Safety,, Order, Convenience, Prosperity and General Welfare by Regulating the Use of Buildings,. the Arrangement of Buildings: on Lots, and the Density of Population in the Village of Richfield, Hennepin County, Minnesota" as passed b the Vill y age Council on the 25th day of October, 1954, as subsequently amended, be and is hereby amended in the fol- lowing respects: (1) That the First paragraph of Section 5, Subsection 5 thereof be amended to read as follows: "That area lying between.~the center lines. of Oliver and Humboldt Avenues; between the center lines. of 74th and 76th Streets, except that block lying be- tween 75th and ?bth Streets. between Morgan and Newton Avenues.'" (2) That the paragraph of Section 5, Subsection 2 thereof which reads: "The South 5 acres of the north 10 acres of the northwest quarter of the southwest Quarter of Section 34, Township 28, Range 24 and the north 4 feet of that part of said northwest quarter lying immediately south of said 5 acre tracts" be amended by deleting the period at the end of said paragraph, sub- stituting a comma, and by adding the following: "except that part of said tracts which are designated as General Commercial areas." (3) That Section 5, Subsection 3 thereof be amended by deleting therefrom the following: "That area lying between the center line of the alleys in Block 1 and 16, Tingdale Bros, Lincoln Hills Addition, Block 1, Tingdale Bros. Lincoln Hills 3rd Addition and between the center lines. of both and b8th Streets.'" That in lieu thereof the following language be substituted: "Lots; 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 and 22 of Block l and Lots>1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, ?, 8, 9, I0, 11 and 12 of Block 16, Tingdale Bros.
