NDMBNT TO ORDINANCE NO. 3.28~T'
an ordinance amending that certain ordinance no. 3.28W of
the Village of Richfield, Minnesota entitled "An Ordinance
Regulating and Licensing wagon peddlers", adopted Juns 17, 1952.
The Village Council of the Village of Richfield do ordain
that Section 10 of Ordinance No• 3.28W`of this Village entitled
r''An Qrdinance Regulating and Licensing Wagon Peddlers", adapted
June 17, 1952, is hereby amended to read as follow:
"section 10• No such peddlers shall engage in said occupa-
Lion in any residence district in this village except between the
hours of 8 A.M. and 5 P.M., nor shall such peddlers engage in said
occupation in this village on Sunday."
Adopted this 10th day of September, 1956.
