1956-03Bill No. 1956-3 ORDINANCE N0. 1011 AAT ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR HOOS-UP CH~iRGES IN LIEU OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS FOR VILLAGE PROJECT N0. 308 ON LOT NINETEEN (19), RALPH M:CLNER+S ADDITION ~i The Village Council of the Village of Richfield do ordain as follows: Section 1. Z'he purpose of this ordinance is to provide for an equitable charge agazn~~ot Nineteen (19) of Ralph Mi3ner+s Addition for the construction of Village Project No. 308 in the event that said lot is divided into additional tracts or parcels, this Council having heretofore determined that said lot may be divided into three (3) treats which have been designated as tracts "D++, "Ei+ and nFe~ Section 2. No person shall connect any drainage, waste disposal or plumbing mac. y of any kind which serves or is designed to serve any part of Lot Nineteen (l9), Ralph M3.lner+s Addition, other than that part which has hereto- fore been designated as Tract +'F" thereof, without first paying the hook-up charge hereinafter provided, together with such other standard village fees and charges as may be applicable. Section 3. Such hook-up charge shall be the sum of~~:3>.for each of the ~afore- men coned tracts "D+' and "E+'. Section ~.. In the event of such hook-up and the pant of the aforementian~od ook-up charge, the special assessment for Village Pro3ect No. 30$ which has now been levied against said Let Nineteen (19) shall be charged only against the aforementioned tract "F".
