The Village Council of the Village of Richfield do ordain as follows:
That Ordinance No. 2.03 of the Village of Richfield entitled "An
Ordinance for. the Purpose of Promoting Heazlth, Safety, Order, Conven-
ience, Prosperity and General Welfare by Regulating the Use of Build-
ings, the .Arrangement of Buildings: on Lots, and the Density of Popula-
tion in .the Village of Richfield, Hennepin County, Minnesota" as passed
by the Village Council on the 25th day of October, 1954 as subsequently
amended, be and is hereby amended in the following respect:
That paragraph of Section 5, Subsection 5 thereof which reads as
follows:
"That area lying between a line parallel to and distant~l7S
feet easterly of the center line of Lyndale Avenue, and the west
line of Lot Six (6), Block Three (3), Kendale Addition extended
southerly to the north line of Lyndale Oaks Addition and between
the south line of gendale Addition and the north line of Lyndale
Oaks Addition'°,
is hereby amended by deleting the period at the end of said paragraph ,
substitutng~in lieu thereof a comma, and by adding the following words:
"except that part thereof lying Bast of Garfield Avenue and
North of 63rd Street."

from a known office established in, said place of publication and em-
ploying skilled workmen and the necessary material for ppropaaiag
and •printing the same; that the press work on that part of the news-
paiper devoted to loml news of interest to the community it purports
to serve has been done in its known offioe of publication• that during
all said time in its makeup not less than twenty-five percent of its
news columns have been devoted to local news of interest ~to the oom-

wholly duplicated any other publication, and has not been entirely

culated in and near its said place of publication to the extent of at

having knowledge of the facts, showing the name and location of

qualifications as a legal newspaper,
