ber,.1954 as subsequently amended.
The Village Council of the Village of Richfield, Hennepin County do ordain
as follows:
Section 1 of Ordinance No. 2.10 of the Village of Richfield entitled

"An Ordinance Relating to Heating and Electrical Installations, Adopt~g
Certain Ordinances of the City of Minneapolis by Reference", passed the
13th day of December, 1954 as subsequently amended is hereby amended to
read as follows:
"Section 1. Electrical Code of the City of Minneapolis, Minne-
sota, entitled "An Ordinance Regulating the Installation, Opera-
tion and Maintenance of the Blectric Wires, Apparatus and Plants
within the City of Minneapolis'"', passed the 31st day of March,
1922:. as amended and as published in booklet form by the City of
Minneapolis in 1955 (Compilation 5:1) is hereby adopted by refer-
ence and shall be in full. force and effect in this village except
as hereinafter specified. A1]!. work done hereafter in this village
shall be done in accordance with the regulatory provisions thereof.""

all said time in its makeup not less than twenty-five percent of its
news columns have been devoted to local news of interest to the com-
munity it purports to serve; that during all said tame it has not
wholly duplicated any other publication, and has not been ex~tixely
made up of patents, plate matter and advertisements; has been cir-
culated in and n~eax its said place of publication ~to the extent of at
least two hundred and forty (240) copies regularly delivered ~to pay-
ins subscribers and has entry as second class matter in its local post-
office; and ghat there has been an file in the office o~f lobe County
Auditor o~f Hennepin County, Minnesota, the affidavit of a person
having knowledge of the facts, showing the name and location of
said newspaper and the existence of the conditions constituting its
qualifications as a legal newspaper.
