Section 5 of that certaLn ordir~.anc® of the Village Council of the Village of Riohfield ~entLt].ed "An Ordinance Establishing Rules Go~ern3ng Conduct and Procedure of the Village Council of Richfield, NB.nnesota" passed the 29th day of Septe~aber ~ 1952 is hereby amended to read as follows: "Section 5. Administrative Agenda. The Village Manager shall pre- pare an agenda for each regular meet3.ng ia1 which shall be included matters to come before the counc3.l for its 'attention at such meet3.ng. Such agenda shall. include reports by the Village 1~anager and other Adm3.nistrati~ve personnel; communications, petitions and appearances by the public; old business and new business of the Counc3.1. "Any person desiring to 12ave a matter oarisidered by the Village Coundl shall have the matter placed on the agenda by the Village P~aager. Ths agenda for aa~y meeting shall be closed at x.:3.0 P.
