The Village Council of the Village of Richfield do ordain as follows.:
That Sub~ect3:on 4 bf.Section '~ or Ordinance No. 2.03 of the Village
of Richfield, which ordinance is entitled: "An Ordinance. for the Purpose
of Promoting Health, Saf®ty, Order, Convenience, Prosperity and Genera],
Welfare, by Regulating the Use of Land, the-Location and Us® of Buildings,
the .Arrangement of•Buiidings on Lots, and the Density of Population in the
Village of Richfield, Hennepin County, Minnesota, passed the 25th day of
October, 195l~., as subsequently amended is hereby further amended by adding
the following paragraphs
