AMENDMENT- TO ORDINANCE N0. 2'.03
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THAT OERTAIN ORDINANCE N0. 2.03 OF THE VILLAGE OF
RICHFIELD, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROMOTING HEALTH,
SAFETY, ORDER, .CONVENIENCE, PROSPERITY AND GENERAL WELFARE, BY REGULATING
THE USE OF LAND, THE LOCATION AND USE Ot~ BUILDINGS, THE ARRANGEMENT OF
.BUILDINGS ON LOTS, AND THE DENSITY OF POPULATION IN THE VILLAGE OF
;LICHFIELD, HEPJNEPIN COUNTY, MINNESOTA, passed the 25th day of October
195, as subsequently amended.
The Village Council of the. Village of Richfield do ordain as follows
That Subsection 5 of Section 5 of Ordinance No. 2.03 of the Village.
of Richfield, which Ordinanee.is entitleda "An Ordinance for the Purpose
of Promoting Health, Safety, Order, Convenience, Prosperity and General
Welfare, by Regulating the Use of Land, the Location and Use of Buildings,
the Arrangement .of Buildings on Lots, and the Density of Population in the
Village of Richfield, Hennepin County, Minnesota, passed the 25th day of
October, 1954, as subsequently amended is hereby further amended. by striking
the following languages
"5, Open Development
r ~ That area lying .between the center lines of Oliver and
~;~, Humboldt Avenues and between the center lines of~74th and
-.~~:-76th Streets."
and by inserting;_ n lieu thereof, the followings
"5. Open Development.
That area lying between the center lines of. Oliver and
Humboldt Avenues and between the center lines of 74th
.and 76th Streets, except Bergers First Addition."
