Convenience, Prosperity and Genera?1 Welfare by Regulating the use of Buildings,. the Arrangement of Buildings on Lots and the Density of Population in the Village of Richfield, Hennepin County, I~linn.esot~~~ as passed by the Village Council on the 25th day of October, 1954, as subsequently amended, be and is hereby amended in the following respects: (1) That the following be deleted from Section 5, Subsection 5 thereof: That area lying between a line distant 175 feet easterly of the center line of Lyndale Avenue and para]1e1 thereto and the center line of the Minneapo]~.i.s Northfield and Southern Railway right-of-way and between a line distant 330 feet southerly of 63rd Street and the south line of Kendale Addition.. (2) That the following be e~dded to Section 5, Subsection 5 thereof: "'hat area lying between a line parallel. to and distant 175 feet easterly of the center ]~i.ne of Lyndale Avenues and-the West line of Lot Six (6), Block Three (3), Kendale Addition extended southerly to the North line of Lyndale Oaks.
