TI3B VILIACE OF RICHFIEI,ll, A4INPdESOTA" AS PASSED FEBRUAP,Y 26, 1951, AS SUBSE(~UENTLY AAiEl`IDED The Council of the Village of Richfield does ordain: Ordinance No. 12.01 of this Village entitled "An Ordinance to Establish a Position-Classification Plan, a Compensation Plan, a Merit System and a Basic Personnel Policy for the Village of Richf ie1d, Rlinne- sota" as passed the 2bth day of February, 1951, as subsequently amended, is hereby amended i..n the following respect: Section 17, paragraphs <A) and (L) are hereby amended to read as follows I 1 A. Eligibility. Sick leave with pay shall be granted to all probationary and permanent employees at the rate of one working day for each calendar month of full time service or major fraction thereof until 100 days of sick leave have been accumulated and at the rate of one-fourth working day for each calendar month of full time service or major fraction thereof after more than 100 days of sick leave have been accumulated, except that sick leave granted probationary employees sizall not be available for use' until satisfactory completion of the initial (not promotio:lal) probationary period, B. Accrual. Siclc leave may be granted only for absence from duly be- cause of personal illness, legal eluarantine, or death or serious illness in th.e immediate family.
