RICI-IFIELD, HENNEPII~T COIJNTY, A4I1_~'NF..S'JTA" PACSED THE 25TH DAY OF OCTOBER, 1954,
AS SUBSEQUENTLY AMENDED.
The Village Council of the Village of Richfield do ordain that Ordinance No.
2.03 of the Village of Richfield, entitled "An Ordinance for the Purpose of Promot-
ing Health, Safety,. Order, Convenience, Prosperity and General GVelfare by Regulating
the tJse of Land, the Location and Use of Buildings, the Arrangement of Buildings on
Lots, and the Density of Population in the Village of Richfield, Hennepin County,
A•iinnesota", passed October 25, 1954, as subsequently amended is hereby amended in
the following respects:
(1) Section 5, Subsection 5 thereof is hereby amended by deleting the follow-
ing paragraph,. to wit:
"That area lying between the centerlines of Oliver and Humboldt Avenues
and betcveen the centerlines of ?4th and 76th Streets, with the following
exceptions:
a. Berger's First Addition and
b, The south one-half (S2) of the R'orth.east Quarter CNE~) of the South-
west Quarter (Sta4) of Section 33, Towhship 28, Range 24, except the east
2b5 feet of the south five acres of the east one-half (Ez) of the North-
east Quarter (NE4) of the Southwest Quarter (SW4) of said section, town-
ship and range and also excepting roads.
c. The north one-half (N~) of the block bounded by Logan and A~lorgan
Avenues and by 75th and 76th Streets."
(2) Section 5, Subsection 5 thereof is hereby amended by adding the follow-
ing paragraph, to wits
"That area lying between Newton and Oliver Avenues and between ?5th and 76th
Streets".
