1959-12-13-14-15Bill No. 12-13-14-15 Locations: 6933-39 Svashburn Ave. 400 1V. 65th St. 7029-45 and 7101 Xerxes Ave. 6244 Garf field Ave. AA4ENDMENT TO ORDINANCE \TO. 2.03 ON ORDINANCE AiviENDING THAT CERTAIN ORDINANCE NO. 2.03 OF THE VTLL4GE OF RIGI-IFIELD, h1Il~'NESOTA ENTITLED "AN ORDINANCE FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROb40TING HEALTH, SAFETY, ORDER, COAVENIENCE, PROSPERITY AND GENERAL ltirELFARE BY REGIILATING TIE USE OF LAND, THE LOCATION ARID iJSE OF BIJILDINGS, THE AR- RANGEt+-TENT OF BIJILDINGS ON LOTS, AND T?-IE DENSITY OF POPULATION IN THE VILIAGE OF RICHFIELD, IIENNEPIN COIJNTY, A~fINNESOTA" PASSED TItE 25TI3 DAY OF OCTOBER, 1954, AS SIJBSEQIJENTLY AMENDED, The Village Council of the Village of Richfield do ordain that Ordinance No. 2,03 of the Village of Richfield, entitled "An Ordinance for the Purpose of promoting TIealth, Safety, Order, Convenience, Prosperity and General UTelf are, by >itegulating the Use of Land, the Location and Use of Buildings, the Arrange- ment of Buildings on Lots, and the Density of population in the Village of Richfield, Hennepin County, Minnesota", passed October 25, 1954, as subsequently amended, is hereby amended in the following respects: (1) Section 5, Subsection 4 thereof is hereby amended by adding thereto the following paragraphs, to-wit: Lots 14, 15 and 16, Block 10, Tingdale Bros. Lincoln I-Iills 3rd Addition. Lot 1, Block 2, J. N. Hauser's Second Addition. Lots 9, 10 and 11, Block 1 and Lot 8, Block 2, of Joe b4aurer's First Addition. (2) Section 5, Subsection 5 thereof is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the following paragraph, to-wit: That area lying between a line parallel to and distant 175 feet easter- ly of the center line of Lyndale Avenue, and the west line of Lot Six (6), Blade Three (3), Kendale Addition extended southerly to the north line of Lyndale Oales Addition and between th.e south line of Kendale Addition and the north line of Lyndale Oaks Addition, except that part thereof lying east of Garfield Avenue and north of bard Street.
