1959-02Bill No. 1959-2 (Area bounded by Penn, Queen, ?4th St. and 742-St.) AMENDMENT TO ORDINANCE NO. 2.03 1 AN ORDINANCE AA4ENDI~ THAT CERTAIN ORDINANCE NO. 2.03 OF THE VILLAGE OF RIC,HFIEIJ, MINNESOTA ENTITLED "AN ORDINANCE FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROMOTING HEALTH, SAFETY, ORDER, CONVENIENCE, PROSPERITY AND G~ERAL WELFARE BY REGULATING THE USE OF LAND, THE LOCATION AND USE OF BUILDINGS, 'II-~ ARRANGEbfENT OP BUILD- INGS ON LOTS, AND THE DENSITi' OP POPULA TION IN THE VILLAGE OP RICHFIELD, HFNNEPIN CO[TI`TTY, MINNESOTA" PASSED THF, 25TH DAY OF OCTOBEF,, 1954, AS SUBSEQUENTLY AA4ENDED. The Village Council of the Village of Richfield do ordain that Ordinance No. 2.03 of the Village of Richfield, entitled "An Ordinance for the Purpose of Promoting Health, Safety, Order, Convenience, Prosperity and General Welfare by Regulating the Use of Land, the Location and Use of Buildings, the Arrangement of Buildings on Lots, and the Density of Popula- tion in the Village of Richfield, Hennepin County, Minnesotat', passed October 25, 1954, as subsequently amended is hereby amended in the following respect: Section 5, Subsection 4 thereof is hereby amended by adding thereto the following paragraph, to wit 1 1 "That area lying between Penn and Queen Avenues and between the south line of 74th Street and a line running parallel with the south line of 74th Street, distant 252 feet south thereof.
