Richfield News, and has full knowledge of the facts hereinafter

hereto attached, said newspaiper was published in the Village of Rich-
field, in the Go'unty of Hennepin, State of Minnesota, on Thursday of
each week; that during all said time said newspaper has been. printed
in the English language fmom its office of publication within the Vil-
lage of Richfield, Hennepin County, Minnesota, from which it is issued
as above stated and in newspaper format and in column and sheet
form equivalent in space to at least 450 running inches of single col-
umn, two inches wide; leas ibeen issued as aforesaid once each week
from a known office established in said place of publication and em-
ploying skilled warkxnen 'and the necessary material for preparing
and printing the same; that the press work on that ;part oaf the news-
pap~er devoted to local news of interest bo the community it purports
to serve hasbeen done in its known office of publication; that during
all said time in its makeup not less than twenty=five percent of its
news columns have been devoted. t+o local news of interest to the com-
munity it purports to nerve; that d~.lring all said time it has not
wholly dwplicated any otkler p~ublieation, and has not been entirely
made up of patents, plate matter sand advertisements; has been cir-
culated in and neaS its said place of publication to the extent of at
least two lyundred and forty (2400 copies regularly dtlivered to pay-
ing subscribers and has entry a•s second class matter in its local post-
office; that a copy of each issue has been filed with ~bhe State Hstori-
cal Society, St. Paul; and that there has ibeen on, file in the 'officei of the
County Auditor of Hennepin county, Minnesota, the affidavit of a per-
son having knowledge of the facts, showing the name and location of
said newspaper and the existence o'f the conditions constituting its
gwa.li~fications as a legal newspaper.
