The Village Council of the jritlage 6f Richfield clo ordain that C?rdinance
No, 2.03 of the Village of Richfield, entitled "'An Grctina.nce for the
Purpose of Promoting Health, Safety, Order, Convenience, Prosperity a.nd
General t•Velfare, by Regulating the Ilse of Land, the Location and Use of
Bt.7_ldings, theArrangement of Buildings on Lots, and tine Density of Popu-
lation in the Village of R:ichf.ield, Hennspin County, ~iinnesoia", passed
October 25, 1954, as subsequently amended is hereby amended i.n the follow-
ing respect:
Section 5, Subsection 4 thereof is 1±ereb;r amended. by
adding the following paragraph. thereto:
"Lot 3 and the south 35 feet of Lot 2, Block 4, Rae's
I;ynnhurst Second Add:Ltion".
