AMENDED.
The Village Council of the Village of Richfield do ordain as
follows:
That Ordinance No. 2.03 of the Village of Richfield entitled
"An Ordinance for the Purpose of Promoting Health, Safety, Order,
Convenience, Prosperity and General hlelfare by Regulating the Use
of Buildings, the Arrangement of Buildings on Lots, and the
Density of Population in the Village of Richfield, Hennepin County,
Minnesota" as passed by the Village Council on the 25th day of
October, 1954, as subsequently amended, be and hereby is amended
in the following respects:
That the following paragraph be added to Section 5, Subsection
4 thereof, to wit
Lot 6, Block 2, Lyndale Oaks Addition.

sworn, ~on oath says; tdia~t he is, and during all the times herein stated
has been, oz~e of the pwblishers of the newspaper known as The
Richfield News, and has full knowledge of the flacts hereinafter
stated; that far more than 'one year prior to the publication therein
hereto attached, said nerovspaper was published in the Village bf Rich-
field, in the County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota, on Z`l~ursday of
each week; that during all said time s~a,id newspaper has been printed
in the Erliglish language from its office of publication within the Vil-
lage of Richfield, 'Hennepin ~Cbunty, Minnesota, from which it is issued
as above stated ,and in newspaper format and in column and sheet
form equivalent in space to at least 450 runnizrg inches of single col-
umn, two inches wide; has ibeen issued as aforesaid once each week
from a known office established in said place of publication and em-
ploying skilled workmen and the necessary material for preparing
and printing the same; that the press work on that part of the news-
paper devoted to lacad news of interest to the community it purports
to serve has ibeen done in its known office of publication; that during
all said time in its m'a~keup rat less than twenty=five percent of its
news columns have been devoted ~to local news of interest to the com-
munity it purports to serve; that during all said time it has not
wholly dwplicated any ofller publication, and has not been entirely
made wp of patents, plate matter sand advertisements; has !been cir-
cula'ted in and near its sold place of pw'b'licati'on to the extent of at
least two hiundred and forty (240) copies relgularly dtlivered to pay-
ing subscribers and has entry as second class matter in its local post-
office; that a copy of each issue has Oaeen filed with the State Histori-
cal Society, St. Paul; and that there has ibeen on file in the ~office+ iaf the
County Auditor of Hennepin County, Minnesota, the affidavit of a per-
son having knowledge of the facts, shaving the name and location of
said newspaper and the existence' o'f the conditions constituting its
gwalifications as a legal newspaper.

hereto attached was cut from the columns of said newspaper, and was
printed and published therein in the English language, once each
