AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THAT CERTAIN ORDINANCE NO, 2.03 OF THE VILLAGE „
OF RICI-iFIELD, MINNESOTA ENTITLED "AN ORDINANCE FOR THE Pt1RPOSE OF PRO-
MOTING HEALTH, SAFETY, ORDER, CONVENIENCE, PROSPERITY AND GENERAL -~
WELFARE BY REGULATIr?G THE U5E OF LAtdD, THE LOCATION AND USE OF BUILD-
INGS, THE ARItAR'GEA~NT OF BUILDINGS ON LOTS, AND THE DENSITY OF POPULA-
TION IR' THE VILLAGE OF RICI-iFIELD, HENNEPIN COUNTY, MINNESOTA" PASSED THE
25TH DAY OF OCTOBER, 1954, AS SUBSEQUENTLY AMENDED.
The Village Council of the Village of Richfield do ordain that
Ordinance No. 2.03 of the Village of Richfield, entitled "An Ordinance
for the Purpose of Promoting Health, Safety, Order, Convenience, Prosperity
and General Welfare, by Regulating the Use of Land, the Location and Use
of Buildings, the Arrangement of Buildings on Lots, and the Density of
Population in the Village of Richfield, Hennepin County, A4innesota", passed
October 25, 1954, as subsequently amended is hereby
amended in the following respects:
1. Section 9, Subsection A, paragraph 3 thereof is hereby amended
to read as follows;
"3, Multiple family structures when application is made
therefor and duly approved by the Village Council pursuant
to the 'Group Housing Development Project' provisions of
Section 15-B of this ordinance."
2, Section 16, Subsection C, paragraph ? is hereby amended to
read as follows:
"No detached accessory building shall be within five feet
of the sideline of the front half of any adjacent lot nor
within two feet of the sideline of the rear half of any
adjacent to f. eYCept as hereinbefoze specifically permitted.
The cornice of any such building shall not extend more than
one foot into the required sideyard area.

3. Section lb, Subsection C thereof is further amended by adding
thereto the following additional paragraphs
"10, No residential' property
