P.N ORDINANCE AMENDING THAT CERTAIN ORDINANCF. NO. 2.03 OF THE
VILLAGE OF RICHFIELD, MINNESOTA ENTITLED "AN ORDINANCE FOR THE
PURPOSE OF PROMOTING HEALTH, SAFETY, ORDER, COI~'VENIENCE, PROS-
PERITY AND GENERAL WELFARE BY REGULATING TIE USE OF LAND, THE
LOCATION AND USE OP BUILDINGS, THE ARRA~EMENT OF BUILDINGS ON
LOT5, AI`ID THE DENSITY OF POPULATION IN THE VIL LADE OF RICHFIELD,
HENNEPIN COUNTY, MINNESOTA" PASSED THE 25TH DAY OP OCTOBER, 1954,
AS SUBSEQUENTLY AMENDED.
The Village Council of the Village of Richfield do ordain that
Ordinance No. 2.03 of the Village of Richfield, entitled "An Ordinance
for the Purpose of Promoting Health, Safety, Order, Convenience, Pros-
perity and General Welfare, by Regulating the Use of Land, the Loca-
tion and Use of Buildings, the Arrangement of Buildings on Lots, and
the Density of Population in the Village of Richfield, Hennepin County,
Minnesota''' passed October 25, 1954, as subsequently amended is hereby
amended in the following respect;
Section 5, Subsection 4 thereof is hereby amended by adding
the following paragraph, to wit:
"The South 40 feet of Lot 23 and the North 40 feet of
Lot 22, Block 4, Irwindale."
Passed by the Village Council this 12th day of b:ay, 195$.
