1958-05Bill No. 1958-5 AhIENDAiENT TO OP~DINANCE NO. 2.03 AN ORDINANCE AD4ENDING THAT CERTAIN ORDINANCE NO. 2.03 OF TH.E VILLAGE OF RICHFIELD, MINNESOTA, ENTITLED "AN ORDIN/`.NCE FOR THF. PURPOSE OF PROMOTING HEALTH, SAFETY, QRDER, CONVENIENCE,. PROSPERITY AND GENERAL WELFARE BY REC,ULATING THE USE OF LAND, THE LOCATION AND USE OF BUILD- INGS, THE ARRANGED3ENT OF BUILDINGS ON LOTS, AND THE DENSITY OF POPULA- TION IN THE VILLAGE OF RICHFIELD, HENNEPIN COUNTY, MINNESOTA'" PASSED THE 25TH D.AY OF OCTOBER, 1954, AS SUBSEQUENTLY AMENDED. The Village Council of the Village of Richfield do ordain that Ordinance No. 2.03 of the Village of-Richf field, entitled "An Ordinance for the Purpose of Promoting Health, Safety, Order, Convenience, Prosperity and General Welfare, by Regulating the Arrangement of Buildings on Lots, and the Density of Population in the Village of Richfield,. Hennepin Caunty,, Minnesota", passed October 24, 1954, as subsequently amended is hereby amended in the following respects: Section 20 thereof is hereby amended by adding thereto the following paragraph, to-wit: "4. No building permit for any building or structure shall be issued for any area while proceedings for rezoning of such area are pending, unless such permit would be permitted under both the existing zoning classification and the proposed zoning classification for such area, or unless village council approval is first obtained."
