ORDINANCE FOR THE PIJRPOSE OF PP,OMOTING HEALTH, SAFETY, ORDER, COIt'VENIENCE, PROSPERITY
AND GENERAL WELFARE BY REGU*._.ATING THE USE OP LAND, THE LOCATION AND USE OF BUILDINGS,
THE ARRANGEMENT OF BUILDINGS ON LOTS, AND THE DENSITY OF POPIJIA TIO\T IN THE VILLAGE OF
RICI-IFIELD,'HENNEPIN COUNTY, MINNESOTA" AS PASSED BY THE VILLAGE COLTNCIL THE 25TH DAY
OF OCTOBER, 1954, AS SIJBSEQtJENTLY AMENDED.
The Village Council of the Village of Richfield do ordain as follows:
That Ordinance No. 2.03 of the Village of Richfield entitled ''An Ordinance for
the Purpose of Promoting Health, Safety, Order, Convenience, Prosperity and Generat
Welfare by Regulating the Use of Buildings, the Arrangement of Buildings on Lots, and
the Density of Population in the Village of Richfield, Hennepin County, Riinnesota" as
passed by the Village Council on the 25th day of October, 1954 as subsequently amended
be and is hereby amended in the following respects:
<1) Section 5, Subsection 4 thereof is hereby amended by striking the following
paragraphs, to wit:
"That area lying between the centerlines of Xerxes and Vincent Avenues and
between the centerlines of 65th and 62nd Streets.."
"That area lying between the centerlines of Vincent and Thomas Avenues and
between the centerline of 62nd Street and the south line of Lots 9 and 28, Block
1 and Lots 9 and 28, Block 2, Lien's Richfield First Addition."
"That area lying between the centerline of Thomas and Queen Avenues and be-
tween the centerlines of 63rd and 62nd Streets."
"That area lying between the centerlines of Russell and Queen Avnues and
between the centerlines of 65th and 63rd Streets."
~2) Section 5, Subsection 4 thereof is hereby further amended by adding thereto
the following paragraphs, to wit:
"The east one-half of Block 2, Liens Richfield Second Addition."
"That area Lying between the east line of Leslie Terrace Addition and the
centerline of Queen Avenue extended and between the centerlines of 62nd and
64th Streets."
"That area lying between the east Line of Harry Tickner•s Subdivision of
Lot 2, Richfield Gardens and the centerline of Queen Avenue and between
centerline of 64th Street and the centerline'of 65th Street."
