1958-02Bill No. 1958-2 AMENDMENT TO ORDINANCE N0. 2.03 AN ORDINANCE AA4ENDING 'II-IAT CERTAIN ORDINANCE NO. 2.03 OF THE VILLAGE OF RICHFIELD,. MINNESOTA ENTITLED "AN ORDINANCE FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROh10TING HEALTH,. SAFETY, ORDER, CONVF.I~TIENCE, PROSPERITY AND GENERAL WELFARE BY REGUTA TING THE USE OF LAND, THE LC3CATION AND USE OF BUILll- INGS, THE ARRANGEMENT OF BUILDINGS ON LO ZS, AND THE DENSITY Or POPU- LATION IN THE VILLAGE OF RICHFIELD, HENNEPIN COUNTY, MINNESOTA" PASSED THE 25TH DAY OF OCTOBER, 1954, AS 5LTBSEQUENTLY Ah~NDED. The Village Council of the Village of Richfield do ordain that Ordinance No. 2.03 of the Village of Richfield, entitled "An Ordinance for the Purpose of Promoting Health, Safety, Order, Convenience, Pros- perity and General Welfare, by Regulating the Use of Land, the Location and Use of Buildings, the Arrangement of Buildings on Lots, and the Density of population in the Village of Richfield,. Hennepin County, Minnesota", passed October 25, 1954, as subsequently amended is hereby amended in the following respects: Section 5, Subsection ?, thereof is hereby amended by deleting the following paragraphs, to-wit: "The south one-half of the area between 72nd and 73rd Streets and between Portland Avenue and the centerline of the alley in Block 2, Blair's ~'Vooddaie 3rd Addition extended". "The South 75 feet of the east one--half of the east one-half of the north one-half of the Northeast gixarter of the South- east quarter of the Northeast quarter, Section 34, Township 28, Range 24."
