1958-01AMENllMENT TO ORDINANCE NO. 2.03 Bill No. 1958-1 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THAT CERTAIN ORDINANCE NO. 2.03 OF THE VILLAGE OF RICHFIELD, MINNESOTA ENTITLED "AN ORDINANCE POR THE PURPOSE OF PROi~RO'I°ING HEALTH,. SAFETY, ORDER, CONVENIENCE,. PROSPERITY AND GENERAL WELFARE BY REGUTA TING THE USE OF LAND, THE LOCATION AND USE OF BUILDINGS, THE ARRANGEMENT OF BUILDINGS ON LOTS, AND THE DENSITY OF POPULATION IN THE VZLI,AGE OF RICHFIELD, HENNEPIN COiJNTY, MINNESOTi~" PASSED THE 25TH DAY OF OCTOBER, 1954, AS SIJBSEQUENTLY AI`IENDED. The Village Council of the Village of Richfield do ordain that Ordinance No. 2.03 of the Village of Richfield, entitled "An Ordinance for the Purpose of Pro- moting Health, Safety,. Order, Convenience,.. Prosperity and General Welfare, by Regulating the Use of Land, the Location and Use of Buildings, the Arrangement of Buildings on Lots, and the Density of Population in the Village of Richfield, ~Tennepin County, Minnesota", passed October 25, 1954, as subsequently am ended is hereby amended in the following respects: (1) Section 5, Subsection 4 thereof is hereby amended by adding the follow- ing paragraph, to wit: All that area located north of Rae Drive, bounded on the west by Woodlake School property, on the north by the proposed 65th Street right-of-way and on the east by the proposed Rae. Drive extended north to 65th St. (2) Section 5, Subsection 3 thereof is hereby amended by deleting the fol- lowing paragraph, to wit: That area between the center line of Columbus Ave. and the west line of Lots 2 and 3 extended southerly through Block 1, Iverson's 3rd Addition and between the center line of 66th Street and a line dis- tant 250 feet northerly and parallel thereto. (3) Section 5,•Subsection 3 thereof is hereby amended by adding the fol- lowing paragraph, to wit: That area between the west line of 11th Avenue and the east line of Cedar Avenue,, between the center line of 66th Street and a line 250 feet northerly from and parallel to the center line of 66th Street.
