AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THAT CERTAIN ORDINANCE NO. 2.03 OF THE VILLAGE OF RICHFIELD,
MINNESOTA ENTITLED "AAT ORDINANCE FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROMOTING HEALTH, SAFETY, ORDER,
CONVENIENCE, PROSPERITY AND GENERAL WELFARE BY REGULATING THE USE OF LAND, THE LO-
CATION AND USE OF BUILDINGS,. 'II-IE ARRANGEA4ENT OF BUILDINGS ON LOTS, AND THE DENSITY
POPULATION IN THE VILIAGE OF RICHFIELD, HENNEPIN COUNTY, MINNESOTA" PASSED THE
25TH DAY OF OCTOBER, 1954, AS SUBSEQUENTLY AMENDED.
The Village Council of the Village of Richfield do ordain that Ordi-
nance No. 2.03 of the Village of Richfield,. entitled "An Ordinance for the
Purpose of Promoting Health, Safety,,. Order, Convenience, Prosperity. and
General Welfare, by Regu]a ting the Use of Land, the Location and Use of
Buildings, the Arrangement of Buildings on Lots, and the Density of Popu-
lation in the Village of Richfield,. Hennepin County,, Minnesota", passed
October 25, 1954, as subsequently amended is hereby amended in-the follow-
ing respects:
(1) Section 5, Subsection 5 thereof is hereby amended by adding a
sub-paragraph to the following paragraph, to-wit:
"That area lying between the centerlines of Oliver and Humboldt
Avenues and between the centerlines of 74th and 76th Streets,
with the following exceptions:
(a) Berger's Pirst Addition and
(b) The south one-half (SZ) of the Northeast Quarter
(NE4) of the Southwest Quarter (SW4) of Section 33,
Township 28, Range. 24, except the east 265 feet of the
south five acres of the east one-half (E~) of the
Northeast Quarter (NE4) of the Southwest Quarter (SW4)
of said Section, Township and Range and also excepting
roads."
(2) Said sub-paragraph shall be as follows.:
(c) The North one-half (N~) of the block bounded by Logan
and Morgan Avenues and by 75th and 76th Streets."
