AN ORDINANCE AA4ENDING TrIAT CERTAIN ORDINANCE NO. 2.03 OF THE VILLAGE OF RICEiFZELD, MINNESOTA ENTITLED '''AN ORDINANCE FOR THE PURFOSE OF PROMOTING HEAL'Tfi, 5AFETY, ORDER, CONVENIENCE, PROSPERITY AND GENERAL WELFARE BY REGULATING THE USE OF LAND, THE LOCATION AND USE OF BUILDINGS, THE AR- RANGEMENT OF BUILDINGS ON LOTS, AND THE DENSITY OF POPULATION IN THE VILLAGE OF RICHFIELD, HENNEPIN COUNTY, MINNESOTA" PASSED THE 25TH DAY OF OCTOBER, 1954, AS SUBSEC~TENTLY AA~IENDED. The Village Council of the Village of Richfield do ordain that Or- dinance No. 203 of the Village of Richfield, entitled "An Ordinance for the Purpose of Promoting Health, Safety,, Order, Convenience, Prosperity and General Welfare, by Regulating the Use of Land, the Location and Use of Buildings, the Arrangement of Buildings on Lots and the Density of Popula- tion in the Village of Richfield,. Hennepin County, Minnesota, passed Octo- ber 25, 1954, as subsequently amended is hereby amended in the following respects.: Section 5, Subsection 4 thereof is hereby amended by adding thereto the following paragraphs, to-wit: The southerly 75 feet of the. northerly 188.81 feet of the area between the centerline of 63rd Street extended and 64th Street, between Portland Avenue and Oakland Avenue extended. Lots 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10, Block 5, Nicollet Homes Addition. Lots 4 and 5, Block 4, Rearrangement of Nicollet Homes 2nd Addition.
