AN ORDINANCE AMENDhfENT THAT CERTAIN ORDINANCE NO. 2.03 OF THE VILLAGE OF
RICHFIELD, MINNESOTA ENTITLED "AN ORDINANCE FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROMOTING
HEALTH, SAFETY, ORDER, CONVENIENCE, PROSPERITY AND GENERAL WELFARE BY REGU-
LATING THE USE OF LgND, THE LOCATION AND USE OF BUILDINGS, THE ARRANGEA4ENT
OF BUILDINGS ON LOTS, AND THE DENSITY OF POPULATION IN ~-iE VILLAGE OF
RICHFIELD, HENNEPTN COUNTY, MINNESOTA'"" PASSED THE 25TH DAY OF OCTOBER, 1954,
AS SUBSEQUENTLY AMENDED.
The Village Council of the Village of Richfield do ordain that Ordi-
nance No. 2.03 of the Village of Richfield, entitled "An Ordinance for the Pur-
pose.of Promoting Health,. Safety,. Order, Convenience, Prosperity and General
Welfare, by Regulating the Use of Lane, the Location and Use of Buildings, the
Arrangement of Buildings on Lots, and the density of population in the Village
of Richfield,. Hennepin County, Minnesota", passed October 25 ,, 1954, as subse-
quently amended is hereby amended in the following respects:
(1) Section 5, Subsection 3 thereof is hereby amended by adding
the following paragraph, to wit:
"The south one-half (SZ) of the Northeast Quarter (NE4) of
the Southwest Quarter (SW4) of Section 33, Township 28,
Ran ge 24, 3xcept the east 265 feet of the south five acres
of the east one-half (E2) of the Northeast Quarter (NE4)
of the Southwest Quarter (SW4) of said section, township and
range and also excepting roads."
(2) Section 5, Subsection 5 thereof is hereby amended by striking
the following language:
"That area lying between the centerlines of Oliver and Humboldt
Avenues and between the centerlines of 74th and ?6th Streets,
except Berger's First Addition."
(3) Section 5, Subsection 5 thereof is amended by adding the fol-
lowing paragraph thereto:
"That area lying between the centerlines of Oliver and Humboldt
Avenues and between the centerlines of 74th and ?6th Streets,
with the following exceptions:
(a) Berger's First Addition and
(b) The south one-half (S2) of the Northeast Quarter
(NE4) of the Southwest Quarter (SW4) of Section 33, Town-
ship 28, -Range 24, except the east 265 feet of the south
five acres of the east one-half (E~) of the Northeast Quar-
ter (NE4) of the Southwest QUARTER (SW4) of said section,
township and range and also excepting roads."
Passed by the Village Council this 9th day of December, 1957.
