The Village Council of the Village of Richfield do ordain a.s follot~ps:
That Section 5 of Ordinance No. 2.03 of the Village of Richfield en-
titled "An Ordinance for the Purpose of Promoting Health, Safety,
Order, Convenience, Prosperity and Genera]. 6ti'el.fare by RegL:lating the
Ilse of Puddings, the !',rrangement of I3uil.dings on Lots, and the Lensity
of Population in the Village of Richfie~~cl, Ilennep:in County, Alinnesota"
as passed by the Village C,o~.uscil. on the 25th c'tay of iZctober, 1954, as
subsecl?~entllr amended, i.s hereby amended in the following resUects:
(I) The words "except the north 545.17 feet of Outlot 1, Iver-
green Gardens 2nd Addition," shall be ac:]decl to the followin paragraph
in Subsection 3 of said Section S, to wit:
That area lying beteveen the center tine of Cedar Avenue and a
line distant 173 feet westerly and parallel tl~.ereto and 'aet4veen the
center line of 70th Street and a line distant 177 feet nortlrerly and
parallel to the center line of 7'lth Street."
Tt?e period at the encl of the foregoing para~;ra.ph shall be deleted
and a. comma shall be substitut ed t'.~erefor.
