PASSED THE 25TH DAY OF OCTOBER, 1954, AS SUBSEQUENTLY AMENDED
The Village Council of the Village of Richfield do ordain that Ordi-
nance No. 2.03 of the Village of Richfield, entitled "Pin Ordinance
for the Purpose of Promoting Health, Safety, Order, Convenience,
Prosperity and General We1f are, by regulating the Use of Buildings
on Lots, and the Density of Popu]a.tion in the Village of Richfield,
Hennepin County, Minnesota", passed October 25, 1954, as subsequently
amended is hereby amended in th~~ following respect:
Section Five (5), Subsection Four (4) thereof is hereby amended by
adding thereto the following paragraph, to wit:
The West One-half (W2) of the North One-half (N2) of Lot Thirty-
three (33), Baumgartner's First Addition.
Adopted by the Village Council this 10th day of June, 1957.:
