The Village Council of the Village of Richfield does ordain as follows: That Ordinance No. 2.03 of the Village of Richfield entitled "An Ordinance for the Purpose of Promoting Health, Safety, Order, Conven- ience, Prosperity and General Welfare by Regulating the Use of Buildings, the Arrangement of Buildings on Lots, and the Density of ~lopulation in the Village of Richfield, Hennepin County, Minnesota" as passed by the Village Council on the 25th day of October, 1954, as subsequently amended, be and is hereby amended in the following respect: 3 thereof: The following paragraph shall be added to Section 5, subsection "Lot Eleven (11, of Richfield Gardens, except the North 330 feet thereof" As passed by the Village Council this t~TTES T: ~ ~,, i'/ ; Paul F~.
