A5 SUBSEQUENTLY AMENDED.
The Village Council of the Village of Richfield does ordain as follows:
That Ordinance No. 2.03 of the Village of Richfield entitled
"An Ordinance for the Purpose of Promoting Health, Safety, Order, Conven-
ience, Prosperity and General Welfare by Regulating the Use of Buildings,
the Arrangement of Buildings on Lots, and the Density of ~lopulation in the
Village of Richfield, Hennepin County, Minnesota" as passed by the Village
Council on the 25th day of October, 1954, as subsequently amended, be and
is hereby amended in the following respect:
3 thereof:
The following paragraph shall be added to Section 5, subsection
"Lot Eleven (11, of Richfield Gardens, except the North
330 feet thereof"

has been, one of the publishers of the newspaper known as The
Richfield News, and has full knowledge of the facts hereinafter
stated; that for more than one year prior to the p blicati~on th

field, in the C!ounlty of Hennepin, State of Minnesota, on Thursday of
each week; that during all said time said newspaper has been printed
in the English language from its office of publication within the Vill-
age of Richfield, Hennepin County, Minnesota, from which it is issued
as shave stated and in newspaper format and in column and sheet
form equivalent in space to at least 450 running inches of single col-
umn, two inches wide; has been issued as aforesaid once each week
from a known office established in said place of publication and em-
ploying skilled workmen and the necessary material for preparing
and printing the same; that the press work ~on that part of the news-
paper devoted to local news of interest to the community it purports
to serve has been done in its knownoffice of publication; that during
all said time in its makeup not less than twenty-five percent of its
news columns have been devoted to local news of interest to the c~om-
munity it purports to serve; that during all said time it has not
wll~olly duplicated any ~ather publication, and has not been entirely
made up of patents, plate matter and advertisements; Bias been cr-
cuPated in and near its said place ofpublication to the extent of a't
least two hundred and forty (2411) copies regularly delivered ~to pay-
ingg subscribers and 'has entry as second class matter in its local past-
office; and that bhere has been o~n file in the office of the County
Auditor of Iennepin County, Minnesota, bhe affidavit ~af 'a person
having knowledge of the facts, showing the -name and location of
